This week is gonna suck, but whatever'll get me home.
Tuesday: PSYC100 7-10PM
Thursday: MCB150 1:30-4:30PM/ CHEM102 7-10PM
Friday: SPAN103 9-11AM
I've put off studying so much, I even went to the gym today to work out instead, ha. Actually, it was a really good de-stresser. I'm pretty psyched too, cause I ran a mile in the best time since like ever, which is good considering that I haven't been to the gym since like the end of October. I think I'm gonna keep at the gym this week in between studying. It'll keep me from getting too bored and cramming for hours, and I need to do something before I go back home and proceed to gain a poopload of weight. So now it's off to the books...right...

Ughm (A.K.A. Lame)
-to the first snow of the season, here and gone (sigh)-
Twas home temporarily on friday night- attended a family party. Not as many people showed as I'd of imagined, but fun nonetheless. So now I'm back at the university, bored as usual. It rained here I guess, so now the snow is all frosty and none too aesthetically pleasing. Already feels like sunday...o wait, it is now I guess.
Whatever.

Keep it Coming
Yesterday was pretty damn good...well aside from some things. I actually made it to all my classes, despite most of them being optional. Reviews in spanish and biology, sweet demos in chemistry, and a quiz in psychology. Then dinner with the usual and a nap. Actually had a floor meeting as well yesterday, second of the whole semester- dorm closing procedures and such, which just excites me for the break.
Now comes the fun part. Waited for Liz to come back to the dorms, then took a walk with her out in the blizzard- used her camera. Then we decided to visit the frat next door to drop in on Liz's roomate's boyfriend's surprise party. Ended up being a great night- cool people chatting 'til like 2AM...and other stuff.
And now comes the not so fun part. Shit hit the fan yesterday in a different situation, colliding with my good time at the party in the form of a phone call. I feel bad that I had my hand in on the situation indeed, but in the end, it all comes back to one person.
Serious part over- now for a pic that makes me feel young(er) again.

¡Está Nevando!
So usually on tuesdays I have three classes, but since spanish and chemistry were optional today, I had a big load of nothing on my hands until 3:30PM. Should of been studying or doing something productive during that time, but -yea- doing nothing just seemed more appealing. So after my morning/ noontime off, I went to psyc for a quiz. Then dinner with Megan and Noons, and a chem test at 7. That test really became my dominatrix for that hour and a half...sorry for the mental picture. But seriously, it was a massacre.
On a lighter note, it's starting to snow down here, and I love it.
And now for some song lyrics:
"How I, I am not into the idea of living without you
And I, I am not into the idea of being without you
And no, this won't be a sad song
There's gonna be claps and singing along
'Cause you're there when you talk and you're there not to stop
and you're with me around the clock."

Case of the Muhndays
Hail to the Orange, Hail to the Blue...
One class today, MCB... at 1PM- jealous much? Mondays do indeed suck, but I guess only having one class later in the day lightens the agony. However, today, I did have to wake up a little early to go do some chemistry prep work for my honors program.
Two more weeks. Here's to the upcoming winter break- life and loveliness at it's finest. Can't wait to go sledding and such.

Not Exactly Snow
Today I woke up to rain, but not just any rain- freezing rain. Somewhat of an appropriate way to start Deciembre, and it wasn't completely unexpected coming from Illinois- land of the crazy ass weather. So yea, woke up around noon, called Megan, and walked to her dorm for lunch. And now I'm back. Don't really expect to do much today- perhaps homework, perhaps nap...most likely the latter.
I am currently without camera, so here's a picture of a memory past.

Around this time last year was Madrigal Season. Good times indeed. O and here is one of my favorite songs from that year:
In my heart's sequestered chambers
lie truths stripped of poets' gloss.
Words alone are vain and vacant, and my heart is mute.
In response to aching silence, memory summons half-heard voices, and my soul finds primal eloquence, and wraps me in song.
If you would comfort me, sing me a lullaby.
If you would win my heart, sing me a love song.
If you would mourn me and bring me to God,
sing me a requiem, sing me to Heaven.
Touch in me all love and passion, pain and pleasure.
Touch in me grief and comfort, love and passion, pain and pleasure.
Sing me a lullaby, a love song, a requiem.
Love me, comfort me, bring me to God.
Sing me a love song, sing me to Heaven.
